Timberglen Book Club
Meetings will be held on the last Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. This is not a book review, rather a group which welcomes all new members for an interesting and participative discussion. We’ll read "Rise and Shine" by Anna Quindlen in May, “The Secret of Lost Things" by Sheridan Hay in June, and July’s selection is “Kindred” by Octavia Butler. Art is alive at Timberglen! Join Wade Brower every Monday night from 6-8pm in the classroom for an introductory drawing and collage class.
Passing the Written DMV Presentation
Wednesday, June 6th, 4:00 p.m.
This program can serve both as training for beginning drivers and as a refresher course for more experienced drivers. Using the Department of Motor Vehicles handbooks from throughout the country as the base, the creators of this program have developed an informative, easy to understand training course for viewers who need to pass the dreaded "written test" to get, or renew, their driver's license.
Adult Summer Reading Program

The first selection will be “October Sky” by Homer Hickam and the first ten teens to sign up will get a copy to keep! The first book club meeting will be on for a Brown Bag Book Discussion. Bring your brown bag lunch and we’ll provide beverages. We will discuss this book and vote on our next selection.
